China Hi-Tech Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale wholly state-owned holding company under the supervision and administration of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is the only national central enterprise that takes textile equipment as its main industry. Its comprehensive strength is top one in the domestic textile machinery industry and top three in the global textile machinery industry. It makes a positive contribution to the improvement of international competitiveness in Chinese textile industry.
In three consecutive years from 2006 to 2008, during the Chinese enterprises summits hold by Chinese Enterprises Union and Association, China China Hi-Tech was listed as one of top 500 Chinese enterprises and top 500 of Chinese manufacturers, and top one of Chinese machinery (including precision), equipment and spare parts manufacturers. It has ever undertaken national scientific and technological key projects, national major technical equipment projects, national 863 high-tech projects in the national " Seventh Five-Year Plan" ,"Eighth Five-Year Plan" ,"Ninth Five-Year plan", "Tenth Five-Year Plan" and "Eleventh Five-Year Plan".
It won several national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technological awards. Among them, "an annual output of 45,000 tons of viscose staple fiber integration system research," won the first prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2006; " new model of fine yarn machine with close collective spinning off " and "JWG1001 automatic winder," won the first prize of Science and Technology Award of China Textile Industry Association Award in 2008.
"F1520-type ring spinning fine yarn machine" was approved to be an export inspection exemption product by Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine in April, 2009. Jingwei Textile Machinery Company Yuci Branch was approved to be one of the first export inspection exemption enterprises in Shanxi Province, also became the first export inspection exemption enterprise in Chinese textile machinery.
"Kama" series light truck is ranked top four in domestic light truck industry, top nine in the medium-sized truck industry, top ten in auto rim assembly enterprises, top ten in truck diesel engine industry, top eleven in small diesel engine industry, top eight in ship and land diesel engine industry, top one in engineering (mining) rotary drill, loaders, underground scraper industry, top three in underground loader industry.
"Big Goose" brand viscose rayon won the national silver medal in 1979 and the national famous trademark certificate in 1980. it was approved to be one of the first quality inspection exemption products in Hebei Province and the first enterprise among all national textile enterprises to allowed to stick CCIB mark on its exporting product; also it achieved the ISO9002 international standard quality system authentication in 1993. In 2000, the "Swan" trademark was approved by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce as a well-known trademark in China.
It is of 367 patents, among them, 27 patents are invention patents.
It is of three state-level enterprise technology center in Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. and Baoding Swan Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd., a National Engineering Research Center, a national laboratory approved by CNAS, a post-doctoral research station, 11 provincial-level technology center, 2 provincial engineering technology research centers, and technology and equipment testing bases for textile machinery, dyeing machinery, non-woven machinery.
It is of a large number of senior experts who enjoy special government allowance, doctors and postdoctoral fellows, intermediate and senior technicians, and many other trained and experienced technology professionals.
