Development History
China Hi-Tech Group Co., Ltd. was established in September of 1998, it was formed by the former China Textile Machinery Group Co., Ltd. of Ministry of Textile Industry, China Textile Industrial Corporation for Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation, China Textile Machinery and Technology Import and Export Co., Ltd., China National Chemical Fiber Corp. China Silk Industrial Corporation , and China China Hi-Tech science and technology development center.
In October, 2003, it established China Hi-Tech Investment & Management Co., Ltd.
In October, 2003, it merged China Garment Group Corporation and China National Garment Co., Ltd. under the approval of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
In January, 2006, it merged China Textile Science and Technology Development Corporation under the approval of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In December, 2006, the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council launched a board pilot project in China China Hi-Tech. It formed a board of directors and established a legal person governance structure. China China Hi-Tech became one of 19 board pilot enterprises appointed by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In February, 2007, it restructured Beijing Worldbest Asia-Pacific Technology Co., Ltd. of China Worldbest Group. Beijing Worldbest Asia-Pacific Technology Co., Ltd. changed its name to China Hi-Tech Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
In April, 2008, it restructured Worldbest Kama Co., Ltd of Worldbest group. Worldbest Kama Co Ltd changed its name to China Hi-Tech KAMA Co., which marks that China China Hi-Tech entered the truck business field.
In August, 2008, it restructured Worldbest (Mexico) Textile Industrial Co., Ltd of China Worldbest group. Worldbest (Mexico) Textile Industrial Co., Ltd became an oversea wholly-owned subsidiaries of China China Hi-Tech.
In August, 2009, it established China China Hi-Tech (Shenyang) New Type Material Co., Ltd.
In September, 2009, it restructured Baoding Swan Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd., whose overall shares were fully transferred to China China Hi-Tech.
In October, 2009, it established China Hi-Tech Real estate and Properties Limited.
Oct. 27, 2009 China China Hi-Tech, Zhengzhou city council and USA Holand DAF trucks NV.
Signed framework agreement that base on China Hi-Tech group heavy truck manufacturing platform and technology with main components from DAF trucks NV for producing heavy truck in China, finally it realizes localization manufacturing of DAF brad truck and Engine in China.
